The Menu First Course Red Grape & Goat Cheese Bruschetta Grilled bread topped with creamy goat cheese and red grape bruschetta. Paired with Loveblock Sauvignon Blanc Second Course Beet Carpaccio Thinly sliced beets with fresh arugula and creamy burrata cheese. Paired with Belle Glos Pinot Noir Third Course Pan-Seared Halibut Served with a fresh cucumber and carrot nest and sliced grilled peach.
