We are looking to add a competitive, licensed Insurance Producer to our team. Whether you have experience in personal lines or commercial lines, we have room for you! You will have a steady flow of leads to take your career to the next level. We are looking for an outgoing person that understands the value of developing relationships with clients to truly understand their needs. Our agency is very busy and requires a dedicated and driven individual.
- Proactively contact leads
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions
- Analyze insurance policies to ensure they meet clients' requirements and comply with regulations
- Generate new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service
- Continually update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
- P&C insurance license for Kansas and Missouri (L&H license a plus)
- Proven work experience as an insurance agent with extensive knowledge of various insurance coverages
- Knowledge of insurance management systems
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
- Basic computer skills to include knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Adobe
- Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way
- Above average analytical skills to determine prospective client needs
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse client portfolio
We are interested in speaking with experienced Agents with at least three years of experience in the insurance industry.
P&C license for Kansas and Missouri (L&H license a plus)
