Women Inspiring Women Breakfast: Leading with Courage, Civility, and Confidence

Join us for an inspiring Women Inspiring Women gathering featuring United WE. During our conversation we will discuss the importance of women’s leadership in our communities and the role civility and diplomacy play in creating meaningful change. Together, we’ll explore what research tells us about why women choose to step into leadership—or hesitate to do so—including challenges like self-doubt, feeling underqualified, and navigating increasingly uncivil environments. We’ll also highlight how United WE is working to build confidence, strengthen leadership pathways, and support more women in civic and community leadership.
