As night falls over Havana, the city comes alive with irresistible allure. Imagine strolling along narrow, cobbled streets bathed in the warm glow of neon signs that flicker over vintage art deco facades. The tropical air is heady with scents of dark rum, freshly rolled cigars, and fragrant jasmine that lingers as you walk.

Lively mambo rhythms pulse from nearby clubs, drawing you toward grand casinos where elegantly dressed couples swirl and sway in perfect step. Every corner holds a hint of mystery and excitement, every heartbeat of Havana pulsing with passion, adventure, and the promise of a night you’ll never forget.

• What is the attire for the evening?
  • ​Cocktail or formal with a tropical twist.
• ​Where should I park?
  • ​Parking is available in the West hotel garage and the Convention Center North lot.
• ​What should I expect?
  • ​When you arrive you will check-in at the registration table near the hotel lobby. You will then be transported into 1950s Havana where you will experience tropical opulence. We will have a reception from 5:30-6:30, then the ballroom will open where a Cuban inspired buffet awaits you. After a short program at 7:15, we will begin casino gameplay.​
• Are there opportunities to make the night more special?
  • Absolutely! We will have fun, engaging games and a silent auction where you can win wonderful prizes. In addition, the casino gameplay offers a chance to win even more!
